Community Nurses

Our District Nurse team visit and care for patients confined to their own homes.
You will need to be referred by your GP to avail this service.

Healthcare Assistant


Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They also assist with monitoring of long term health conditions such as Asthma/COPD and Diabetes.
